When Lykkebo School was renovated in 2018, the primary focus was to create a good learning environment that lives up to the modern standards for using materials that can contribute positively to more sustainable school architecture.
It was especially important to secure a healthy and comfortable indoor climate with sound absorbing elements on ceilings and walls.
KANT Architects / Noehr & Sigsgaard Architetcs chose Knauf DANOLINE acoustic celings to combine both design and functionality. In the large common room, screw-fixed acoustic panels give a calm and monolithic ceiling surface while demountable T-grid ceilings secure easy access to installations in the school library.
