ACOUSTICAL PLANK CEILINGS

Acoustical plank ceilings by Knauf Danoline are made from perforated gypsum which is known for its robust and durable qualities. It is therefore possible to achieve a free-span of up to 2.4m with the acoustic ceiling planks. The acoustical self-supporting ceiling tiles are therefore ideal as sound absorbing materials in corridors and narrow rooms.

Rectangular acoustic ceilings are designed as self-supporting in order to give quick and easy access to the cavity. Acoustic plank ceilings are exceptionally easy to install and demount. Therefore, they are ideal for acoustical treatment in rooms with high level activity such as corridors at hospitals or schools. The acoustical ceiling planks are exceptionally easy to install, which is why they are also often used as suspended ceilings in hotel rooms.
